Audrey qualified as shorthand typist in central London in her late teens, beginning life as a personal secretary to many people in the world of finance, business and education. In those early years, she had a tremendous thirst for travel, setting off to work for extended periods of time in Paris and Lausanne, and ultimately Kenya. The Audrey Leitch Legacy Fund was set up in her memory to support young women in Kenya. Read more
